8 week sessions beginning SEPT 12, JAN 9 and APR 17 for ages 19 +

An expressive movement class where you gain a deeper
understanding of the moving body in space. Expressing ideas through movement, structured
improvisations (free movement) and spatial awareness will all be explored in this class. This class is
open level and students dance in bare feet. Offered Sundays from 1:15 to 2:15 pm.
