Cadence Campbell

At the young age of three, Cadence was put into an introductory class of Ballet, Jazz and Tap at Akimbo Dance Studios. Maybe it was just the
shoes, maybe it was more, but it became apparent early that Tap was a favourite style of dance for Cadence. Due to a conflict in scheduling,
she was unable to continue with dance and experienced different activities.

Cadence quickly realized that something was missing and returned to Akimbo the next year. Through hard work and dedication she earned the Thom Bell Memorial Scholarship which introduced her to many new genres that she came to love. Thanks to this opportunity,Cadence met many new teachers who shaped her into the dancer she is today. Thirteen years later, her skills and expertise continue to grow as she has now begun choreographing for younger students as well as with her cousin on a competitive Jazz solo. Cadence is now a well-rounded student, performer, and teacher who has shown that passion and dedication
