Package #1 requires a minimum of 2 adult chaperones for the duration of the party.
Food & drink consists of pizza and juice or pop (other types of food are available within cost parameters i.e. veggies/dip or fruit etc)
Package #2 is based on a max. of 8 children. Larger parties please add $7.00 per child
Food & Drink is provided for children and staff only. There will be a surcharge of $5 per adult for food & drink. Please note in addition to the children, Akimbo purchases food and drink for staff members AT NO COST TO THE CLIENT.
Package #3 and the Deluxe Package are based on a max. of 8 children. Larger groups require an additional $9.00 per child
All bookings require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit. The balance is due 48 hours prior to event date. There will be no refunds for children who do not attend
Package #2 & #3 have 30 minutes of entertainment provided. If additional entertainment is wanted, the client will supply it (i.e. games, movies, crafts etc.)
Themes are guidelines only. If you have another theme, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Any leftover food & drink or cake may be taken home by the Birthday child (excluding the staff share). All decorations become the property of Akimbo Dance Studios
Confirmation on the number of children attending must be done 48 hours prior to event date
GST will be added to package prices

Parties are 2 1/2 hours long, no exceptions.
All parties are held on Saturdays & Sundays
A minimum of one adult to be in attendance during the entire party
